Hello, I'm a proud Vermont native. My journey into real estate started in a bit of an unexpected way. I initially began my career in high-school education, working with at-risk youth, and later transitioned to being a preschool teacher. My passion for educating, supporting, and advocating for others has always been a big part of who I am, and it now guides me in my role as a REALTOR, working with home buyers and sellers.

The turning point in my real estate journey happened when my family lost our home in Franklin County to a fire. It was a traumatic experience that completely shifted my perspective on what "HOME" means – a place of achievement, safety, and pride. We rebuilt our home and went through the selling process with Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. That experience got me deeply engaged in real estate, and I loved it. In my very first year in the real estate business, I was honored to be recognized as "Rookie of the Year" by my peers, and our team ranked among the top 10% of Coldwell Banker associates worldwide.

As a military family, my husband Trevor and I understand firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges of deployment and securing housing. I hold the prestigious Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, am well-versed in VA loans, and am committed to helping service members, veterans, and their families find housing solutions that align with their unique needs. I also work hard to ensure they can make the most of the benefits they've earned while serving our country.

As a member of the Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman relocation team, I've had the privilege of working with individuals and families from all over the United States looking to make Vermont their new home. Having lived in various counties across Northwestern Vermont, I've built a deep knowledge of the different amenities and demographics each community offers. I'm more than willing to dedicate my time and energy to the sometimes challenging process of buying or selling a home. I find immense satisfaction in helping first-time homebuyers. I know the ins and outs of the financial tools and programs available to them, and I'm thrilled to help them successfully make their new home a reality.
